Our aim is to meet your needs to the highest of standards and in a way that you feel satisfied with. Due to the nature of the services we provide things often need adjusting in order to meet individual’s needs and preferences. Issues like this should be brought to the attention of the home care worker or any member of staff so that things can be resolved.
However there may be occasions when you are dissatisfied with your service. In this case it is important that you tell us either by contacting your home care worker or any other employee.
We will do our utmost to resolve the problem quickly to your satisfaction. Complaints will be confirmed in writing and will be logged in the office.
All complaints are fully investigated and a response provided as soon as possible.
